Danielle went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, from the rehearsal the day prior, to being onsite from 9am to midnight on our wedding day. We hired her as a day of coordinator however she far exceeded those expectations. She met with us twice prior to the wedding to finalize details, took care of all of the decoration set up, communicated with all of our vendors so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She kept us on schedule and made sure the day flowed smoothly, and also took care of all of the take down and clean up. She even sent us a follow up email describing where everything was packed in our car. She was very organized and quick to jump in and help out during the entire process. We cannot say enough good things about Danielle and how smoothly our day went because of all of her hard work!

A day of Coordinator was very important to me to have, but I also didn’t want to spend a fortune. We didn’t have access to our reception area until 1:00pm (ceremony was at 5:30pm). I knew with this timing that it would be nearly impossible to decorate the room, so we hired Danielle Loran Events. She was AMAZING! I bought candles and random decorations the past year and she made my vision come to life. She came to my house the Tuesday before our wedding, picked everything up, we had a quick 30-minute conversation of what I wanted, and she ran with it and made the room look fantastic. Best decision ever to hire her. Throughout the night she checked in to make sure I was doing OK, offered to get us drinks, etc. Once the reception was over, she packed up everything and brought it back to our house. I’m not kidding when I say that I didn’t stress out at all on the day of our wedding because I knew someone was handling it all. Very thankful for her!

Danielle was absolutely fantastic! If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, just do it. We didn’t want to be responsible for the little details around event upkeep and tear down specifically, but we found her to be helpful with so much more. I found myself rattling on about my ideas for things to her and was so impressed when she sent a summary that included everything I had mentioned. And she executed it all beautifully! Having her there keeping an eye on things and just being available really made the day so much less stressful.

I hired Danielle for my wedding to help with day of coordination and ceremony execution. She was AMAZING! I honestly could have not done the day without her. She was as cool as a cucumber, always checking in, doing tasks with little to no direction and kept the show running. She helped with set up and did all the tear down which was no small feat. I loved knowing she was there and if needed anything, I knew I could count on her. I’d 110% recommend hiring her for your next event! Plus, she’s as sweet as pie

Danielle was a lifesaver! She went above and beyond to help me out on my wedding day! She setup, tore down and completed little tasks that I didn't want my family to do! She's extremely affordable and I would suggest spending the extra money to have her there! Great stress reliever!!!!

We booked Danielle to help with the tear down on our wedding day. Boy oh boy was this the best decision ever! Danielle is so sweet and extremely organized. She inquired to the specifics of when, where, what time, etc. It was so nice to just be able to enjoy our day to the very last minute and know that all the packing up, cleaning, etc. was well taken care of. If you are looking for a coordinator who truly cares about making your day as easy as possible look no further.

I found Danielle through (a Facebook) group. She offers multiple different packages including a tear down only package. Her pricing is amazing and she is such a sweetie. Right before the wedding we emailed her a list of decor that needed to be packed up and cleaning check list that needed to be done at the end of the night. She showed up an hour or so before the end of the night and literally took care of EVERYTHING. It was so nice to just be able to dance the night away and then leave without having to worry about a thing.

Danielle is awesome! She met with us one week before our wedding because we realized we needed help cleaning up after our wedding. She showed up to the wedding on time and got to work right away! She really helped Reduce the stress for everyone involved with clean up. I would highly recommend her for any of your wedding day needs! You won't be disappointed.

Danielle was asked the impossible and she delivered! She was very organized and professional at all the meetings prior to the wedding as well as the day of. I had so many ideas and things I needed done and she was a lifesaver! She confirmed vendors and made me feel so much less stressed. She also came the day prior to help with venue set up- steaming table and chair covers, table centerpieces, entrance, cake, kids table etc. She went the extra mile to make sure all was 100% She also went there the next day to meet with florist and wrap up centepieces as well as assemble a flower chandelier for me! She helped all morning and traveled back and forth between venue and church to ensure everything was in place. She did this later as well to ensure clean up of each location was completed and actually did the church by herself ( organizing and boxing up decorations, cleaning, re-set up of all table and chairs, sweeping, vacuuming, dishes from appetizers, and put away outdoor games- to name some of the things she did!) I am a perfectionist and have super high expectations- she was quick to take over situations and was willing to do whatever was needed until job was completed 100%. I didn't have to ask her to do anything she was always a step ahead of me and helped keep things moving and organized. I don't know what I would have done without her that day!

We hired Danielle as a day-of coordinator for our wedding in May and she was wonderful to work with. Danielle is extremely attentive and focused and went the extra mile to make sure our day was a success. She helped us with a ton of setup, including our centerpieces, outdoor decor, dessert table (we had a dessert bar so it wasn't a simple setup!), escort cards, and gift table. Everything was executed exactly as I'd imagined. She also overall made sure the day ran as planned - I don't think our day would have run even half as smoothly as it did without Danielle's help!
