Happy New Year brides! If you’re like us, you’ve already set your New Year’s resolutions (and maybe even started carrying them out). We’ve been combing through our favorite websites and your Instagram posts, and the resolution that keeps rising to the top is losing weight and living a healthier lifestyle. We totally get it! You’re planning your wedding and you want to look your best for your big day!

Obviously, that means making sure you’re working out and eating right. But we want to let you in on our go-to gym that helps us achieve our fitness goal, Alchemy.
We’re so excited to share this awesome deal because they offer a ton of different group fitness classes that work with any body type.
If you’re wondering what class to try first, they recommend A10/20 as this is Alchemy’s bread and butter. These classes combine three proven fitness disciplines – yoga, strength, and conditioning. Sign me up!
So how do you make sure your fitness resolution doesn’t fizzle out by February? Here are a few tips on how to stick to your goals:
1. Once a week is all you need. Don’t put pressure on yourself to hit the gym 4+ times a week!
2. To help hold yourself accountable, find a workout buddy or better yet, take group classes (like A10 or APulse) and sweat it out with 20+ of friends.
3. Don’t forget, Alchemy, is even giving free classes every Wednesday in January for Forever Bride members!
